The G-spot is a non-surgical, safe, and painless treatment designed to help women experiencing sexual dysfunction, with minimal to no downtime. Reported benefits of the G-spot procedure include:
Many women experience sexual frustration when they are unable to achieve orgasms or fully enjoy sex. A highly sensitive G-spot is key to reaching orgasm, yet many women do not naturally have this sensitivity.
Often, hormonal imbalances are the primary cause, but other factors can also contribute. For example, reduced estrogen levels during menopause, disruptions in sexual function after childbirth, and a decline in G-spot prominence with age can all lead to diminished sensations. Genetics may further contribute by causing fewer sensations or by leading to the thinning or drying out of the vaginal walls. Fortunately, G-spot treatment can address these issues and help enhance G-spot sensitivity.
The G (Grafenberg) spot is an aesthetic procedure in which a small filler is injected into the G-spot region of the vagina to enhance sensitivity. The G-spot, a highly erogenous area on the anterior vaginal wall along the urethra, is one of the primary sites of sexual stimulation. It was named after Dr. Ernest Grafenberg, who first described this sensitive area in a 1950 article published in the International Journal of Sexology. Located approximately 2-6 cm from the vaginal entrance, the G-spot is rich in nerve endings that play a key role in helping women achieve orgasm.
G-spot treatment for women utilizes soft tissue fillers, collagen injections, or bio-injectables such as hyaluronic acid to address intrinsic sphincter deficiency in elderly women, helping to maintain continence. Additionally, this revolutionary procedure enhances sexual stimulation by making the G-spot more pronounced, thereby increasing pleasure for women experiencing sexual frustration.
The G-spot is a painless, in-office procedure that involves injecting a hyaluronic acid–based filler into the vaginal area. Hyaluronic acid, naturally abundant in the body and known for its water-retaining properties, is used in a synthetic, gel-like form as a filler. When injected into the G-spot region, this treatment enhances blood flow and promotes new tissue growth, which can improve vaginal sensitivity. Often incorporated into mommy makeover procedures, the G-spot is designed to boost sexual function and increase pleasure after pregnancy.
By augmenting the G-spot, the treatment enlarges it to roughly a quarter of an inch in width and one-fourth of an inch in height, making it more pronounced during sexual activity. Additionally, the tissues surrounding the urethra—especially the posterior area near the bladder neck—become more responsive, contributing to heightened stimulation during orgasm.
G-spot treatment is popular among women seeking enhanced G-spot stimulation and improved sexual experiences. Often considered for female sexual wellness and mommy makeover concerns, this procedure is available at Vatsalya Hospital, a dedicated G-Spot clinic in Vapi. The clinic also offers a variety of treatments aimed at vaginal rejuvenation, sexual satisfaction, and overall female sexual wellness, all administered by experts.

Before Treatment
No special preparation is required prior to the G-spot procedure.
The Procedure
The G-spot is a quick procedure, typically lasting only about 5 minutes. It begins with the application of a topical anesthetic to numb the G-spot area. Once the area is numbed, you’ll be positioned on the examination table in a manner similar to a PAP smear (with your legs in stirrups). Your healthcare provider will then examine your pelvic region and measure the G-spot. These measurements are transferred to a specialized speculum, which is then carefully inserted to precisely locate the G-spot. The hyaluronic acid filler is administered through the speculum. Following the injection, a tampon is placed to absorb any slight bleeding, and it is removed approximately 4 hours after the procedure.
After Treatment
About 4 hours post-procedure, you can resume your normal sexual activity. Although results are immediately noticeable, the duration typically lasts between 3 to 6 months, and in some cases up to 12 months, depending on the type of filler used. Maintenance injections may be needed to continue enjoying the benefits. You can return to your usual daily activities immediately, while complete healing of the treated area generally takes 1-2 days. During this brief recovery period, it is advised to abstain from sexual activity and avoid environments like steam rooms or chlorinated pools.
